A peripheral is a piece of equipment which also knows as a computer hardware which connects to the computer. It is equipment that helps the computer to have a better ability for a people. There are many different types of peripherals and there is two ways to connect them they are internally or externally. When connected a peripherals if it important to turn off the computer to make sure that I don’t get electric shoot. Also it is important that I have no food or drink a near me when I am putting in a peripheral into the computer. For example speaker is one peripheral when I connect this to a computer I have to make sure that the computer is turn off by the wall. Then I get to look for the cable with the green end like this one.
Then I have to plug the cable into the speaker port on to the PC which looks like this.

However I have to be carefully when I pull the computer out that I don’t hurt myself when I do it. Then I have to put the cable into the port and push the computer back in carefully. When this is done I can turn on the computer by the wall and wait on till it loads up. When the computer load I am able to go on to youtube and put on a video on to make sure the speaker are working.
